Villa Maria

Villa Maria is one of the best rental villas in Kas, Antalya region. It has a sea and forest view with independent outdoor pool. Villa Maria is a perfect place for private and family vacations in the Yeniköy region of Kas.

Villa Maria was completely renovated between 2019 and 2022. It has two floors and three bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a bathtub. Guests can also relax in a private outdoor pool. Downstairs there is an outdoor pool and a large varenda and barbecue area with seating and dining area around it. Guests cam enjoy its big pool in hot summer days!

We use sea salt based chlorination in the pool with a computer controlled system that checks PH and chlorinationland levels continuosly. In the whole Kas region; very few villa owners use this method because it is expensive, but this is the healthiest method for pool cleaning and the result is a non-allergic pool sutitable even for small children.

The villa’s garden is automatically watered by five computers to grow beautiful flowers and give the villa a wonderful spring scent throughout the villa.

Villa Maria offers high-speed (32 megabit) free WiFi for the exclusive use of its guests. Stay connected to the world as you relax in the varenda having forest, garden and sea views.

The villa has a modern kitchen with all electric and other kitchen utensils. The living room features a large flat SONY 4K 140 cm flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

You can enjoy the sun and relax in the villa with modern sun loungers. The villa is 6km from the center of Kas or 7 minutes by car.

The nearest airport is Dalaman (DLM) airport, 149 km from the property. (2 hour drive)

The villa is located in a quiet area in the upper part of Kas, the heart of nature, but very close if you want to go to Kas Center for dining, nightlife and socializing with people. The villa is open 4 seasons for private and family vacations.

Villa Emilie

Villa Emilie is a perfect rental villa with sea view in Yeniköy region of Kas for quite and luxury holidays. It is also surrounded by beautiful forest areas that covers the whole valley. Villa Bayındır I is a rental villa mostly suitable for conservative families located at Bayindir village of Kas. It has wonderful forest view in a secluded area with its 3 bedrooms and can host up to six persons.

The pool of the villa is pretty closed to outside view and provides isolation and privacy yet as it is customery of these type of villas, 100 percent invisibility is not guaranteed.

There are two bathrooms at the villa at upper and lower floor. The bathrooms are shared by the respective floor guests of the bedrooms. At the garden there is barbeque facilities together with outside dining table and sunbeds with umbrella. The kitchen of the villa has all utensils plus refrigirator, owen, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a dining table inside of the kitchen.
